Practical information:
Exhibition for people aged 7+
For parents and their children under 7, we offer a children's corner :)
Visiting time: about 60 minutes
Guests enter the exhibition every 15 minutes in groups of up to 6 people
Your own smartphone with a QR code reader and headphones are required (if you don't have headphones, we can lend you some for a fee)
We do not offer a public toilet or waiting room in the building

We invite schools and groups to expand their knowledge of the history of the Bible. The special PACKAGE FOR GROUPS includes:
Tours only in groups of between 15-25 people (larger groups should be divided)
Teachers/guides (1 person per 10 students) enter for FREE
Individual tour dates
Age: 7+ years - tour time approx. 60 minutes
For schools and organized groups - reduced ticket regardless of age
Regulations for visiting the International Exhibition "3500 Years of the History of the Bible" (hereinafter: Exhibition)
1. The Exhibition is organized by Salesmen Polska with its registered office in Pszczyna (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer)
2. The Exhibition is open at the hours and days specified in the ticket reservation system on the website www.ibe.center/bilety
3. The Exhibition is visited on the basis of a ticket or pass purchased through the website www.ibe.center/bilety
4. People wishing to see the Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Guests) enter the Exhibition in groups every 15 minutes, at the times specified in the reservation system on the website www.ibe.center/bilety
5. A regular and reduced-price ticket (hereinafter referred to as the Ticket) entitles you to a single visit to the Exhibition only on the selected day and at the selected start time of the visit.
6. Due to the lack of space at the Exhibition headquarters, failure of Guests to appear on time with valid Tickets at the Exhibition location may result in the cancellation of the ticket due to the fault of the Guests. In such a situation, Guests must make a new reservation for another available date via the reservation system on the website.
7. A regular ticket is available to people aged 20-64
8. A reduced-price ticket is available to people aged 7-19 and 65+
9. A reduced-price ticket is available to people of any age, provided that they show a receipt for the purchase of a service or product from the Exhibition partner listed in the footer of the www.IBE.center website, not older than 2 days from the date of reservation for visiting the Exhibition
10. An annual ticket (hereinafter: Pass) entitles you to visit the Exhibition any number of times in the calendar year of its purchase.
11. Pass holders do not have to make a reservation for a visit and can come to see the Exhibition at any time of its opening, however, if the Exhibition is fully booked, they will have to wait until the next hour when a place to visit the Exhibition will be found for them.
12. Confirmation of payment for Tickets is a confirmation sent by e-mail to the address provided during the reservation.
13. The Organizer does not conduct cash sales of tickets at the Exhibition headquarters
14. The Organizer reserves the right to provide the so-called Happy Hours, i.e. hours of free visiting of the Exhibition, on the dates visible in the Ticket reservation system on the website www.ibe.center/bilety . Persons wishing to use Happy Hours must download a free ticket through the ticket sales system on the website www.ibe.center/bilety on the terms specified for other tickets.
15. The Exhibition provides Guests with an online audio guide read by artificial intelligence in the following languages: Polish, English, German, Czech and Ukrainian. To use it, you must bring with you:
• Smartphone with internet access and an application for scanning QR codes
• Headphones
Then follow the next numbers of the Exhibition stands, scan each of the QR codes located on them and turn on the recording in the selected language.
16. At the request of Guests – the Organizer may, to the extent possible, lend Guests headphones and access to wireless Internet such as WiFi
17. The Organizer is not responsible for lack of Internet access, lack of headphones or technical errors of the audio system or poor functioning of Guests' smartphones.
18. Silence is required on the premises of the Exhibition.
19. Guests must strictly follow the instructions of the Exhibition staff under penalty of interruption of the visit to the Exhibition or refusal to enter its premises
20. The Organizer does not provide Guests with a public toilet or waiting room.
21. Minors may visit the Exhibition only under the supervision of adults who are also Guests of the Exhibition.
22. Children under 7 years of age are not allowed to enter the Exhibition for technical reasons.
23. The Exhibition is adapted for visiting by disabled people moving in wheelchairs no wider than 70 cm. In case of arrival at the Exhibition venue, please call +48 692 572 300 and ask the staff to install access ramps on the stairs. Similarly, if you wish to leave the premises.
24. The Exhibition is not suitable for blind people.
25. As a courtesy, the Organizer provides parents of children up to 7 years of age with the opportunity to wait with small children in the Children's Corner during their family's visit to the Exhibition, where they will be able to borrow art materials and a collection of Bibles and children's books to use on its premises. Parents are obliged to take full care of their children during this time.
26. The person who caused it or the parent or guardian of the minor who came with them to the Exhibition is responsible for any damage.
27. Backpacks, suitcases, large bags, umbrellas and outerwear should be left in the cloakroom. The Organizer is not responsible for them.
28. For safety reasons, no items may be left unattended on the Exhibition grounds.
29. Bicycles and other means of personal transport may not be brought into the Exhibition facilities. They must be attached to a rack or lamppost in front of the facility. The Organizer does not take responsibility for them.
30. During the Exhibition tour, one must behave in a way that does not disturb the comfort of other people visiting the exhibition spaces.
31. Visitors to the Exhibition are required to move around the exhibition spaces in accordance with the designated visiting direction specified by the consecutive numbers of stands from 1 to 36.
32. It is strictly forbidden to:
• touch exhibits, display cases and banners;
• eat and drink in the exhibition spaces or bring food and drinks into the Exhibition area;
• smoke tobacco (including e-cigarettes) and use other stimulants;
• be intoxicated or under the influence of other intoxicants or bring alcohol or intoxicants into the Exhibition area;
• bring animals (also applies to guide dogs);
• bring objects that may be dangerous to people and exhibits at the exhibitions (e.g. firearms, sharp objects, open flames, luggage, umbrellas);
• enter rooms located outside the visiting route;
• using mobile phones in a way that disturbs the comfort of people staying nearby;
• professional photography and filming – it is possible to take amateur photos and films for personal use free of charge without using a flash or tripod;
• conducting political, religious, canvassing and marketing activities by Guests
33. In the event of an evacuation alarm, visitors are obliged to strictly comply with the instructions of the persons directing the evacuation action and immediately leave the Exhibition facility through the designated evacuation routes and exits.
34. Exhibition staff, security and security services are authorized to intervene to prevent the effects of undesirable events.
35. The Exhibition is protected and monitored in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR; below the Organizer provides the following information:
• the administrator of the personal data of Guests is Salesmen Polska with its registered office in Pszczyna. Correspondence address: 43-200 Pszczyna, ul. Piastowska 20
• the personal data of Guests will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of GDPR for the purposes of securing and protecting the Exhibition collections and securing the Exhibition property;
• the personal data of visitors will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of GDPR - implementation of the legitimate interests of the Administrator in the form of establishing, pursuing or defending claims;
• data will not be transferred to third parties.
• Guests – under the terms and conditions specified by law – have the following rights to:
• information and access to the content of their personal data;
• request the deletion of personal data;
• restriction of the processing of personal data;
• object to the processing of personal data in the event of data processing based on a legitimate interest;
36. Guests consent to the use of their artistic performances and their image and to the transfer free of charge to the Organizer of the right to artistic performances and consent to the free distribution of their image, with the right to transfer it to third parties, in the country and abroad, to the following extent:
• recording the Exhibition and other events organized by the Organizer by means of image and sound recording in analogue and digital form;
• recording images from the Exhibition and other events organized by the Organizer by means of digital and analogue photography, as well as audio and video recordings and distribution of the recorded material;
• reproduction of the recorded artistic performance and images containing the image of the participants by means of analogue and digital recording;
• introduction into circulation (in all possible forms) of copies on which the artistic performance or image of the participants has been recorded, including the sale, lending and rental of copies on which the artistic performance has been recorded;
• dissemination of the image or artistic performance in any other possible way, including the registration, broadcast or transmission of the Exhibition and other events organized by the Organizer in the media.
• placing a record of the image or artistic performances on the website of the Organizer or the Exhibition partners listed in the footer of the www.ibe.center website
• use of the artistic performance and image of the participants for promotional purposes by the Organizer and the Exhibition partners listed in the footer of the www.ibe.center website,
• public reproduction of the artistic performance and image of the participants of the Exhibition and other events organized by the Organizer;
• use of the artistic performances or any fragments thereof and images in another work, in particular in a dependent work.
37. In accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer. Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis, but providing the data contained in the application form is a condition for participating in the Workshops. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer, who will process the data only and exclusively for purposes consistent with the conducted business activity, and in particular in connection with the organization of the Exhibition and other events organized by the Organizer.
38. Purchasing an Entrance Ticket is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
39. These Regulations constitute the basis for the Exhibition service to enforce the principles contained therein.
40. In the event of non-compliance with these Regulations and generally accepted rules of conduct in public places, the person violating the rules described in the Regulations will be reprimanded by an employee of the Exhibition, and in the event of further non-compliance with these rules, they will be asked to leave the Exhibition area without the possibility of receiving a refund for the entrance ticket.

42. The applicable version of the regulations is the version in Polish and the law in force in Poland.
43. The regulations enter into force at the moment of their publication on the website www.ibe.center
